Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Deplixo platform and any Apps you build, deploy, or share on it. This AUP is part of and incorporated into the Deplixo Terms of Service ("Terms"). If this AUP conflicts with the Terms, the more restrictive provision applies.
Violating this AUP may result in immediate suspension or removal of your App, termination of your account, or referral to law enforcement — at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
The Short Version
Build things that are useful, honest, and legal. Don't build things that hurt people, break laws, or abuse the platform. You're responsible for everything your App does.

- Incorporate AI features responsibly, with appropriate disclosures to your end users
- Accept payments through compliant, established payment processors
- Require user accounts and authentication

Your Responsibilities as an App Publisher
When you deploy an App on Deplixo, you are the publisher. That means:
- Legal compliance is on you. Your App must comply with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction where it operates, including privacy, consumer protection, accessibility, and export control laws.
- Your end users are your responsibility. You must provide your own terms of service and privacy policy to anyone who uses your App. Deplixo is not a party to that relationship.
- Data handling is on you. You are responsible for how your App collects, stores, processes, and transmits data. If your App experiences a data breach, you are responsible for notification and remediation.
- Third-party compliance is on you. If your App uses third-party tools or services (including AI providers), you must comply with their terms. Their violations are your violations under this AUP.
- AI outputs are on you. If your App produces AI-generated content, you are responsible for ensuring those outputs are not harmful, misleading, or unlawful. Consider implementing appropriate safeguards, content filters, and user disclosures.
How We Enforce This Policy
What We Monitor
Deplixo does not proactively review every App deployed on the platform. However, we may review Apps in response to reports, legal obligations, or automated detection of policy violations.
What Happens If You Violate This AUP
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:
- Issue a warning and request that you remedy the violation
- Temporarily suspend your App or account pending investigation
- Permanently remove your App and terminate your account
- Preserve and disclose information to law enforcement as required or permitted by law
We are not required to provide advance notice before taking action, though we will attempt to do so when practical. We are not liable for any damages resulting from enforcement actions taken in good faith.
Reporting Violations
If you believe an App on Deplixo violates this AUP, please report it to deplixo@brightwingsystems.com. Include the App URL, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
